Information I collect

When you book or contact Boro Poop Scoop, I collect the information needed to provide service: your name, mobile number, email address, service address, details about your yard and dogs, and any access instructions you share. If you submit a commercial inquiry, I also collect your business details and property information.

How I use your information

• To schedule and perform your cleanups
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates
• To process payments through my secure payment provider
• To respond to your questions and service requests

Payment information

Payment card details are handled by Stripe, a secure payment processor. Boro Poop Scoop does not store full card numbers. I keep only the references and non-sensitive billing details needed to charge for completed visits and manage your billing.

Text messages

If you opt in, I may text you about your service. Service messages and any promotional messages are kept separate, and you can opt out of promotional texts at any time. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Sharing

I don't sell your information. I share it only with the service providers needed to run the business — such as my payment processor and email provider — and only as needed to deliver service.

Data retention & security

Your records are kept as long as needed to provide service and meet business obligations. Access to customer records is restricted to the owner, and customer data is not publicly accessible.

Your choices

You can ask to review, correct, or delete your contact information, or ask me to stop contacting you, by texting 615-651-0045 or emailing aswint1223@gmail.com.
